The winemaking process involves a 14-day fermentation at 14-15°C, followed by two months of ageing on lees for added complexity. To create this alcohol-free treat, the wine undergoes a gentle spun cone technology under vacuum and low-temperature conditions, resulting in an alcohol content of less than 0.5% Vol.
